Ayurvedic Spring Flower Tea

These flowers create a synergistic effect that helps ground racing thoughts, reduce inflammation, support gentle detoxification, and harmonize mind-body energy during seasonal transitions.

Crushed Pomegranate Spice Mix

Enjoy this mixture as a digestive aid before meals or as a topping for a small portion of millet or buckwheat (both good grains for Kapha). Best consumed fresh in the late morning when digestion is strongest.

Tulsi Tea Rasayana

In Ayurvedic medicine, Tulsi is considered a rasayana – a healing herb that promotes longevity and balance across the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). Its adaptogenic properties help the body resist stressors of all kinds, from environmental toxins to emotional strain.

Savory Mung Bean PIe

This savory mung bean pie is a wonderful vegetarian alternative to quiche or meat pie and offers a filling and satisfying meal or side dish. You can change up the vegetables to provide variety but we recommend one “earthy” vegetables (root vegetable or gourd) and one “airy” vegetable (leafy greens or cruciferous vegetables). This helps keep a balance between heavy and light qualities in the dish.

Sweet Spiced Breakfast Kitchadi

This is a very easily digestible and satisfying breakfast kitchadi that delivers an excellent balance of fat, fiber and protein to ensure sustainable energy and light digestion. The warming spices enhance digestion and boost the anti-oxidant profile of the entire dish. The sugar in the dried fruit helps to quench a sweet tooth in the morning. You can enjoy this as a warm smoothie or as a soup.

Liver Support Cider

This cider contains a host of compounds and antioxidants that support liver health, nitrates that help to improve circulation and blood flow and fiber to aid in digestive health and natural detoxification. It is also rich in Vitamins C and K, as well as quercetin and natural electrolytes.

Adaptogenic Ojas Balls

This recipe combines several ingredients that work together to support the body’s stress response and overall “ojas”, the Ayurvedic term for strength, vitality and immunity.

Creamy Cilantro Sauce

This sauce combines all six tastes – sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter & astringent – to offer a balancing digestive add-on to any savory dish. Ideal for vegetables and meat. If serving with fish, omit the yogurt and double the water.

Adaptogenic Moon Milk

This recipe combines several stress-reducing and rest-promoting ingredients and qualities:

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that helps regulate cortisol (stress hormone) levels and promotes relaxation

Turmeric contains curcumin which has anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce anxiety

Warm milk contains tryptophan, which helps produce serotonin and melatonin
