Coriander Seed Water

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds in 1-2 cups water overnight. 
  2. In the morning add a pinch of cinnamon and mint leaves into the mixture. 
  3. Boil this for 3 to 5 minutes. 
  4. Strain the mixture and add lemon juice. 
  5. Enjoy lukewarm. 

Notes

Coriander is beneficial for thyroid due to its high mineral content such as B1, B2 and B3. This drink stimulates digestion, boosts immunity, removes toxins from the body and strengthens the hair. 

Dosha Type

This drink has vata, pitta and kapha blanking properties. It helps to regulate the thyroid hormone.
