Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a small baking dish.
Mix oats, flax, nuts, coconut, spices, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk chia egg (or egg), sweetener, oil, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until fully coated. Let sit 5 minutes to bind.
Press firmly into baking dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.
Cool completely before slicing.
