Living in Rhythm opens its doors to new members twice yearly during Spring and Fall Equinox (the Spring/Summer Cohort and Fall/Winter Cohort). Each cohort lasts for six months with seasonally curated practices and topical sessions aligned to the seasons and their inherent elements. Each topical session is designed to be highly impactful with specific practices for you to implement and dive deeper into throughout the month during coaching circles, community connection, and 1:1 sessions to help maximize habit change and personal transformation. We adhere to the philosophy that “less is more” and learning to implement small, incremental and highly impactful changes in your life is the key to your long term health and wellbeing.
