General Cohort Schedule

Living in Rhythm opens its doors to new members twice yearly during Spring and Fall Equinox (the Spring/Summer Cohort and Fall/Winter Cohort).  Each cohort lasts for six months with seasonally curated practices and topical sessions aligned to the seasons and their inherent elements.  Each topical session is designed to be highly impactful with specific practices for you to implement and dive deeper into throughout the month during coaching circles, community connection, and 1:1 sessions to help maximize habit change and personal transformation. We adhere to the philosophy that “less is more” and learning to implement small, incremental and highly impactful changes in your life is the key to your long term health and wellbeing. Join the Path Wellbeing newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming seasonal cohorts.

In its modern form, it is a powerful form of complementary and alternative medicine for disease management, prevention and transformative wellbeing.
No. Even if you do know your dosha, all participants will have access to an on-demand “Learn Your Dosha” lesson PRIOR to the first cohort meeting to help them understand their constitution through a unique lens.
