Living in Rhythm opens twice a year, at the Spring and Fall Equinox, for the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter cohorts. Each cohort runs six months, with practices and sessions curated to the seasons and their elements.
Every session delivers focused, high-impact practices you’ll deepen throughout the month through coaching circles, community connection, and 1:1 sessions—maximizing habit change and lasting transformation. Between sessions, you’ll have daily meditation (live or on demand), seasonal Elemental Flows, an online community, and more.
Our philosophy is that less is more: small, incremental, high-impact changes are the key to your long-term health and wellbeing.
