Prior to working with Path Wellbeing, this client suffered from severe anxiety and depression. Their symptoms affected every aspect of their professional and personal life and made it difficult for them to function normally on a daily basis without feeling completely drained by the end of the day.

This client was taking prescription anti-depressants yet their mental health still suffered.

The Plan We Created

After doing a full intake and assessment and understanding their unique needs, one of our practitioners offered this client nutrition and lifestyle support designed for their specific constitution and imbalances.

We focused our treatment plan on the client’s nutritional and lifestyle habits. We did not use any herbal remedies per the client’s wishes. The client adopted a nutrition plan that helped to reverse the energetics of anxiety and depression, balance glucose levels, boost energy, aid in restful sleep and support the gut-brain connection.

The client learned that the energy they began their day with was the energy they carried throughout their day. Implementing a grounding and stabilizing morning routine was essential for this client.

The client also adopted specific daily lifestyle practices that helped to calm the nervous system, enhance focus and awareness and decrease the underlying stress response that was leading to their anxiety.

Results & Timeline

Within a week…

The client started to feel better, suffering less digestive upset as a result of their anxiety. Within a couple of months, the client learned about Ayurvedic food energetics and began to intuitively incorporate foods that balanced their nervous system and helped them to feel better. 

The client’s new routine helped them manage daily anxiety while we worked through the root cause of their subtle body challenges

After 1 year…

The client continued to improve, felt confident in their intuitive ability to heal on their own and no longer felt hostage to anxiety and depression. Once their anxiety resolved, digestive system imbalances also fully subsided and the client stopped taking antidepressants.
