Liver Support Cider

Ingredients

Directions

  1. You’ll need a juicer.
  2. Wash and then cut down all ingredients to fit into the juicer.
  3. Add ingredients slowly, starting with the smaller, leafier ingredients first then adding in the larger, more dense ingredients. This ensures you extract the most juice from each ingredient.
  4. Once all ingredients are juiced, skim any froth off the top of the juice.
  5. Warm 8-12 oz. on the stovetop in a small pan.
  6. Sip slowly.
  7. Store remaining juice in refrigerator, reheating as necessary, for up to 3 days.
