Directions

    1. Brown spices in oil in a large saucepan
    2. Add rinsed quinoa and stir well
    3. Add boiling water; simmer until water is absorbed
    4. Serve with soy sauce

Notes

Quinoa is a complete protein. Making it a great option for vegetarians and a cost friendly protein source for individuals. 

It is anti-inflammatory and soothing to the digestive tract making it a great option during times of stress. 

Rich in iron and calcium and other minerals it builds the blood and relaxes muscles.
